The staff was mostly friendly and ready to help. My room had nice decor. It suited my style. I did use the bar restaurant and liked the atmosphere there.
I found that the decor in my room made it very dark. The room did not heat well. Even with it set high, I felt cold. the sink drained slow.

The location is really convenient. It is very close to the train station. My club double room was spacious. It was also clean. Continental breakfast offered a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the homemade granola.
The bar service was quite slow . I experienced some delays when ordering drinks. The room decor felt a little dark. This made it somewhat difficult to do hair and makeup. The bathroom design seemed odd to me. The sink stood freely in the middle of the floor.

The team was accommodating when it came to storing luggage. I could take a hot bath quickly. The sheets felt crisp, and the towels were fluffy.
The heating in my room did not work well. I could not adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Only one towel was available in the room, which i thought was not enough.

I found the location very central and easy to reach from the train station. The hotel is a short walk to the main center. My room featured a smart TV with Chromecast capabilities and a coffee station. The bathroom included a vanity pack and heated towel rails. An iron, a safe, and a hair dryer were also available.
My room did not have bottled water.
